Great value for quality shoes. Order was shipped timely as well.
I have bought two pairs of boots from the Noble Shoe, the field boot and a GMTO jumper boot from Carlos Santos. When the jumper boot arrived the bottom of the vamp pulled crooked when I laced the boot. I sent a picture to Kostas and received a reply the same day in which he indicated that he wanted to check with the factory and he promised to get back to me. After a little wear indoors on carpet the problem largely resolved itself and when I asked my wife she didn't notice anything so I started wearing the boots outside. After a few days I figured that Kostas has forgotten to get back to me but since I has no problem anymore i forgot about it also. This morning I received a call with a Swedish number and lo and behold it was Kostas offering to have my boots remade free of any charges. I declined and told him I am very happy with my boots and that I am extremely impressed with his above and beyond customer service. I am a Noble Shoe customer for life!!!!
My road to getting the Carlos Santos Field Boot had a few hurdles. Due to my flat, wide feet, my first choice shoe, the austerity brogue, didn't fit (I had to return them) so I needed a rethink. Kostas was very helpful: I messaged him with questions and even pictures of my current shoes collection (which he responded to on a Sunday afternoon - very accommodating!) in a bid to get the right shoe fit. I settled on the CS Field Boots. They fit me well, the open lacing and slightly roomier last helping to make for a good purchase. The suede is a short nap, nicely executed; the leather seems (up to now) of good quality; and the Dainite sole a good, sturdy option. I'm looking forward to many outings in my Galway-a-like boots!
