It is finally time for The Noble Shoe to proudly introduce the famous Carlos Santos Patina Program. A flexible Made To Order (MTO) Service that lets you choose and customize your shoes with a plethora of options.
You get to choose from 14 Different Styles in certain lasts and make ups and then you apply the Patina Color of your choice. The available Basic Colors are 12 but extend up to 20 for special requests. The options are endless with amazing colors of all spectra and hues.
As soon as you make your selection and pick a size, we send a notice to the Carlos Santos Factory in Portugal where the hand-painting begins. It takes between 4-6 weeks depending on the season and volume of work until your pair is finished.
Hand Painted Unique Patinas
The Shoes are originally produced in their undyed "crust" leather. After the order is placed they begin to Hand Paint your pair with the color of your choice. Due to the fact that this is a Hand Painted process, each pair will have slight differences in hue and variations. It is important to note that those are NOT imperfections rather than unique "bespoke" characteristics. No pair by Carlos Santos will ever be exactly the same, giving you this personal feeling.
Of course, this also means that your pair will vary slightly from the color in the pictures.

As a quick note, most lasts available on the Patina Program tend to fit TTS and you should choose your regular Carmina Rain, TLB Mallorca, Meermin Hiro and Park Avenue or C&J sizing. Size down one full size from your regular US size! Of course do not hesitate to contact us for information and advice.
Take an 1.5 size down from your regular US size on the 316, 333, 397 Lasts. Also take 1.5 size down on the Jodhpurs, Boots, Monks & Chukkas on the 401 Last and 234 Last.
Taking Care of your Patina Shoes
For beginners we recommend using a gentle Neutral Polish or Wax such as the Saphir 1925 Neutral 02. Do not over-polish and always use cedar shoe trees after use. Do not dry next to heat sources and never leave your shoes under direct sunlight. The leather will dry and crack. Store them in a nice cool area and preferably in their dust bags.

Of course, all Carlos Santos Shoes come with a high quality box, black dust bags and a branded shoe horn.

Shipping to within Sweden takes 1 business day.
Free Shipping for all orders
Shipping to EU Countries takes between 1-3 business days depending on location.
Shipping to North America usually takes around 1-3 business days depending on location. The same applies to Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.
€10 (approximately 11$) flat fee for orders under €150 Free Shipping for all orders over €150 (approximately 167$)
Rest of the World
Shipping to the Rest of the World takes between 2-4 business days. This is subject to location and can take more for specific countries.

Tracking & Additional Shipping Methods
Each parcel will have a tracking number that will be sent after dispatch. The customer can use this number to track the progress of their purchase and estimated arrival time.
By default, parcels are delivered to your door, elsewhere to the closest drop-off point. If you require express shipping, you can contact us directly to discuss the best possible method.
Currency & VAT
The Noble Shoe uses the United States Dollar (USD) as default currency. However, you can use the currency selector tool and checkout in your own local currency (major currencies supported!).
VAT is 25% according to Swedish Law and is included for all items shipped within the EU. For the Rest of the World VAT is automatically deducted and the customer is responsible for any customs/clearance fees.
14 Days Return Period

Unfortunately, sometimes we regret our purchase, maybe the fit is wrong or worst case scenario, the item is damaged.
We at The Noble Shoe do our best to ensure that your purchase will arrive fast and safely. However, we also want to provide the best possible customer service in such unlikely occasions.
14 Day Return Period
When you purchase from The Noble Shoe you automatically qualify for a 14 day return period. After those 14 days pass we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original condition including packaging. It is vital to try on shoes indoors on a carpet with minimal movement to avoid creasing and damage.
Any products that are returned with damaged packaging, missing pieces or signs of use will NOT qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Sales & Personalized Items
Sales items and any form of personalized item (such as MTO belts and MTM shoes) do NOT qualify for refunds or returns unless the manufacturer cannot fulfill your order. The same applies for the Carlos Santos Patina Program, Crockett & Jones and Group Made To Orders as each shoe is made just for you.
Customized products with custom installed Metal Toe Tips or City Soles do NOT qualify for refunds and returns.
Please note that Discount Codes cannot be used in combination with any seasonal sales due to limitations on Shopify's part.
Since switching to free worldwide shipping, the customer is responsible for returning and shipping. We can provide a DHL Return Label with Home Pickup for approximately 25-30$ (depending on location) that will be deducted from your refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return/exchange it, please follow these steps:
Carefully repackage the goods in their original package and wrap to avoid damage during transport.
Clearly mark the package with RETURNED GOODS
Send your package using one of the aforementioned methods
For items over 100$ please use a tracking system for your parcel to ensure it arrives safe and can always be located. The consumer is responsible for return shipping.
As soon as we receive your return we will notify you by email. The item will them be inspected to ensure it qualifies for a refund or an exchange. If it does not meet the above criteria, the refund/exchange is automatically void.
After approval of your refund, we will reimburse you using the original method of payment unless not possible. If that is the case, we will contact you for your preferred method of payment.
Payment usually takes a few days to process so do not be alarmed if the refund does not show or update in your bank immediately. Check with them first and if you still have not received your refund please contact us.
